Welcome to BMF Personal Training! With over 20 years experience in sports and fitness, I can deliver to you a completely customized fitness plan to meet your goals and needs. Over the years I have been active in track, wrestling, as well as weightlifting. In September '04 I officially became certified and recieved a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute after completing a six month course in personal training. I have also worked for NPTI in thier weight loss clinic. Currently I am actively training my clients at:
